Despite all of the holiday goings on, it’s been a busy week for real estate. CoreLogic reports that more and more prospective homeowners continue to rent, now topping 35% of all U.S. households—and rent affordability is at an all-time low. Is now the time to stop renting and look to buy?

Santa is taking a break from all the hustle and bustle and heading to the Great Train Exhibit at the Wilton Historical Society this Saturday beginning at 12:00pm. He’ll peruse the exhibit, share some laughs and will even decorate gingerbread houses with young attendees!
