Fair Housing 

Although Suburban Jungle, LLC d/b/a Suburban Jungle and Urban Jungle (collectively, “Suburban Jungle”) does not provide licensed real estate brokerage services, it is committed to complying with and does comply with all federal, state and local fair housing Laws that provide protections from discrimination in housing. It is unlawful for any property owner, landlord, property manager or other person who sells, rents or leases housing, to discriminate based on certain protected classes, which include, but are not limited to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, familial status and/or any other specific classes protected by applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation. Many states and localities include express protections against discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity or expression. Several states and localities also prohibit discrimination based on a potential tenant’s source of income. In addition, in many jurisdictions, a property owner, landlord and property manager must allow any reasonable accommodations or reasonable modifications based upon a disability-related needs. All persons using Suburban Jungle’s services are advised that it is unlawful for Suburban Jungle to entertain any preferences or limitations that are based on any protected class and that any request for Suburban Jungle to do so shall result in the immediate termination of Suburban Jungle’s services.
