The Winnetka Farmer’s Market is 7:30am-12:30pm on Saturday. Visit Winnetka Village Hall for local produce, live music and artisanal crafts.
Barrington
Explore municipal trucks of all shapes and sizes during Big Trucks! at the Barrington Park District from 9am-11:30am on Saturday. There will also be train rides, inflatable and treats.
Lake Forest
Lake Forest Day and its beloved carnival is Tuesday and Wednesday from 6pm-11pm at West Park. There’s a parade the second day.
Naperville
Sample Italian cuisine, see live performances and enjoy games and a craft fair during the 2019 Festa Italiana on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 5pm-9pm.
Wilmette
Mallinckrodt Park is hosting a free concert from 4pm-5pm on Sunday.
La Grange
The La Grange Endless Summerfest Weekend its Friday at 5pm at Gordon Park. Families will enjoy live music, carnival rides, games and a fireworks finale.
Highland Park
Kids ages 6-10 will love making sand sculptures on Thursday from 6pm-8pm at the Heller Nature Center. Tickets are $20.
Glen Ellyn
Kids of all ages love boating at Lake Ellyn Park. Try it Sunday from 12pm-4pm. Boat rides are $5 for 20 minutes.
Deerfield
There’s a canine parade at the Friend Center for Memory Care on Sunday from 10am-11am. The public is welcome.
Northbrook
The Northbrook Days Festival runs through Sunday, with unlimited ride passes available Saturday from 12pm-5pm and Sunday from 1pm-9pm.
Glenview
The Glenview Farmers’ Market is Saturday at Historic Wagner Farm from 8am-12pm.
