TheOakland Beachin Ryeis a municipal beach open to the public, 9:00am – 6:00pm. Parking is $15 on the weekends.

In Port Washington,North Hempstead Beach Parkis the place to be, with a full beach, basketball and bocce courts, picnic areas and fishing. It’s open starting this weekend, 9:00am – dusk and parking is $20 for non-residents.

Sandy Hook Beach and Lighthouseis just an hour’s drive from NYC.The seven-mile stretch of spectacular ocean and bay beaches are excellent for surf casting, swimming, and relaxing on the sand.

Byram Beach & Pooland Greenwichopened this past weekend, and will be open all weekend long!
