It shouldn’t surprise anyone that Irvington, New York has long been one of the most sought-after suburbs for Suburban Jungle families. In 2010 Westchester magazine dubbed this idyllic village the best place to live in the area, putting it on countless city families’ radars—even though, really, Irvington didn’t need much help attracting new buyers. With a picturesque Main Street, sweeping river views and tons of gourmet shops, boutiques, cafes and cultural activities, Irvington has it all. And that relatively short commute? That’s just the cherry on top.

That’s why we were so excited to see Irvington get some love from our friends at Wee Westchester in their recent post,What It’s Like to Live in Irvington. From Wee Westchester:
“You could say a lot about living in Irvington. The schools are great. There are hiking trails. Foodies will cheer the numerous restaurants. But what hooks residents may be the sunsets.”
We couldn’t agree more!
