My husband and I had a fantastic experience working with Suburban Jungle during our homebuying process. We decided to leave NYC after many years and knew we wanted to stay in the metro area but had no idea where to start looking at houses. We had a great introductory conversation with Alli, who asked us detailed questions about what we wanted in terms of lifestyle, neighborhood and budget in order to compile a few recommended towns/regions for us to explore.
Once we had our "target" towns, we were contacted by local real estate agents to schedule tours of each town/region. These tours were incredibly helpful-- we typically drove around for 1-2 hours while the agent gave us the scoop on what we were looking at, which gave us a really good sense of the towns. These tours enabled us to choose one town in particular to focus our search, and we ended up working with the wonderful agent Suburban Jungle connected us with to look at homes in the area. We ended up purchasing a home just four months after our initial call!

It was wonderful to work with Barbara. My family recently moved back to our home state but we were not very familiar with the towns in the area we wanted to move to. I met with Barbara for about 90 minutes and we discussed the kind of community and schools we were looking for, and the towns we were considering. From the moment I reached out to suburban jungle until we moved in the team and process has been incredible. We switched gears to not only a different area but different state and we were welcomed with open arms. Jodi, our strategist in Philadelphia was communicative, thoughtful and understanding. Our real estate agent, Steffi, was thorough, patient, knowledgeable and relaxed. We settled in a different town than we originally intended and couldn’t be happier. Steffi matched us with other people in the town as well and has been an invaluable resource. She thought of so many special details for us and celebrated our milestones together. Suburban Jungle was an invaluable service for my husband and I as we looked to move out of Brooklyn and into a town within commuting distance of the city and were overwhelmed by all the options: New Jersey, Westchester, Connecticut?! SJ works in a cool way because they interview you and then set you up with realtors in various towns/cities based on what you're looking for, and you meet with each realtor, like speed dating. And all the while there's a representative (Erika Ades in our case, who’s great) who works with you and checks on your progress, and I imagine who also helps manage the various realtors as we weren't bombarded by a ton of follow-up from the people we had met with in towns that weren't right for us. After a number of meetings we finally settled on the perfect city for us and are very happy. Highly recommend Suburban Jungle if you need some help figuring out your next move!
